1. Prepaid Subscription Model
TaxGlide operates on a prepaid subscription basis. You must purchase a subscription to access and utilize our services.
2. Payment Requirement
Full payment (100%) of the applicable subscription fee is required before TaxGlide will execute any requested services.
3. No Refund Policy
All payments made to TaxGlide are non-refundable. No exceptions will be made.
Subscriptions are not transferable to another person.
4. Document Submission
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all documents submitted by you as attachment to TaxGlide.
Documents submitted by you will serve as the basis for the services provided.
TaxGlide is not responsible for any changes or errors in the documents after they have been submitted by you.

All documents related to your services will be available in your client portal for a period of 90 days from the date of service completion. After 90 days, TaxGlide reserves the right to delete these documents.

All communication with TaxGlide regarding services must be conducted through the TaxGlide application or designated communication channels provided within the application. External forms of communication (e.g., personal email, phone calls) will not be permitted.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TaxGlide relating to your access to and use of the services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and TaxGlide.

TaxGlide reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. If TaxGlide makes material changes to these Terms, it will post the updated Terms on the TaxGlide application and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
